Once you place your order and all aspects of the order are agreed we normally should be able to ship out your product in 7 to 10 days. However this is highly dependant on the nature of the order so please discuss this with us on the phone. You may if you wish register on the website so we can notify you by email on the status of your order.
Privacy & Security: You do not need to enter any details on our website you can just call us. You may however register on our site so that we can keep you updated on the progress of your order
Returns & Replacements: If your product is faulty please contact us.
Ordering: Please chose the products you wish and provide any sizing information as requested. You must provide your postal details for us to send your products. Please also provide your phone and email so we can contact you. You can phone through your order and you can track your order online once you register on the site and we send emails keeping your abreast of the progress.
